Most cyberpunk rulebooks are full of combat gear lists, but suddenly run dry when it comes to intimacy. This chapter fills that gap, offering a catalog of Pleasure Tech: body implants designed not for murder, but for connection and romance. It pitches this technology as lifestyle upgrades and (quite dystopian) consumer products.

You’ll find here cybernetic implants built for sex, intimacy, and amplified sensations. But every upgrade comes with inevitable consequences. If you modify your body, there is always a price to pay.

Each has rules-agnostic features (like Advantage to Intimidation checks), plus quest hooks to plug straight into any system and drag the party into the trouble.
